We currently cover JAMB/UTME, Post-UTME (for multiple Nigerian universities), WAEC/SSCE, NECO, and Common Entrance. We are continuously adding more questions and institutions.

Yes. Eroidan is a Progressive Web App (PWA) with full offline support. Once questions are loaded, your answers are saved automatically to your device even if you lose internet. When your connection is restored, everything syncs automatically and your timer keeps running throughout.

Yes. Visit eroidan.com in your browser and you will see an "Install App" prompt. On Android, tap "Add to Home Screen". On iPhone, tap the Share button → "Add to Home Screen". The app works like a native app once installed.

Log in to your account, go to your dashboard, and click "Upgrade Plan". You will be taken to our pricing page where you can select a plan and pay securely via Paystack (card, bank transfer, or USSD). Your upgrade is activated immediately after payment.

Click "Register Your School" on the homepage, fill in your school name, email, and choose a subdomain (e.g. greenfield.eroidan.com). After email verification, your school portal is live and you can start adding classes, students, and exams.

Students log in using their student number and date of birth. No password is required — this design prevents students from losing or forgetting login credentials, which is a common problem in Nigerian schools.

Yes, on the Standard and Premium plans you can upload students via a CSV file. A template is provided in the portal. The system handles duplicate detection and supports multiple date formats. On the Free and Starter plans, students must be added manually one at a time.

On the Starter plan and above, you can email results to parents automatically when you release them. The email includes a formatted result card with the student's score, grade, and subject breakdown. SMS notifications to parents are available on the Premium plan.

You can request a full CSV export of your student and results data at any time. If your subscription lapses, your portal goes into read-only mode for 30 days, after which all data is permanently deleted. We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancelling.

Yes. Starter plan includes 3 staff accounts, Standard includes 10, and Premium includes unlimited. Each staff member has granular permissions (e.g. can upload questions, can release results) that the school admin controls.

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and USSD payments via Paystack. All payments are in Nigerian Naira (₦). For large school subscriptions, contact us at schools@eroidan.com to arrange bank transfer with manual activation.

Yes, within 7 days of payment, provided you have not actively used the paid features (e.g. conducted an exam). After 7 days or once features are used, no refund is issued. To request a refund, email support@eroidan.com with your Paystack payment reference.
